You may stop using the Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, especially in cases of policy violations. Termination may result in loss of access to your content.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Boston, MA under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is found invalid, the rest will remain in effect. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
